Micro-fiber loveseat- Can deliver - Price: $250 in Spokane, Louisiana

Studded brown micro-fiber (NOT suede) loveseat for sale. I'm moving and don't have the space otherwise I'd take it with me. Loveseat is a little over a year old, never been spilled on, no rips, holes, tears, stains or other blemishes except for the thin cloth underside and one light spot on one of the legs (shown in pictures). Back cushions are not removable, but have zippers on the underside for access to padding. I did have a a cat for a few months when I first got the couch, and currently have two coarse haired-dogs (they don't shed, and are not allowed on the couch).
This is a sturdy (yet light) loveseat that will last for years! One test to determine durability, is to lift up a couch or loveseat by a corner, it should not flex much at all (if it does, it means the furniture will fall apart after multiple moves or is ready to fall apart). This loveseat hardly flexes.
Microfiber:
Is pet friendly (pet hair sticks to it but only ever sits on top so vacuum or lint brush takes it right off), easy to remove pet odors by sprinkling baking soda on top letting it sit for 20 min and then vacuuming (never needed to be done on this couch) resists punctures (cat claws).
Water and other liquids sit and bead so easy to blot up if done so immediately. (never needed to be done)
Oil based stains can be cleaned with rubbing alcohol (also never needed to be done).
